• The tour operator cannot rent bikes to anyone under 18 years of age; proof of identity is required. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse rental.
• A guarantee deposit is required for a rental of more than 8 hours. The deposit should be paid at the time of pick up.
• The customer is liable for any violation of traffic rules and tickets shall be refunded to the tour operator.
• The customer is accountable for any theft of, or damage to, any rented item. The customer will be charged the entire cost of replacement for damaged or missing items. During the night, the customer must keep the vehicle in a safe place.
• The tour operator accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury caused during rental time or you can book the delivery and drop off at your hotel in Rome (within the rail circuit - 10 euro per bike for a minimum of 2 bikes).
